Mentoring
Chris loves to mentor her new staff, especially the newer graduates with her knowledge base and many years of experience so that her entire staff brings the highest level of excellence to all our patients. It is not uncommon for her to co-treat some of our trickier patients with other team members from time to time, to offer insight and hands-on techniques for those patients. She also loves learning from her younger staff, who bring the most up-to-date level of evidence-based research to the practice.
